UPDATES

Ogie has started filling in his Goalie Equipment Edits Guide. Check it out!!

The Roster Movements Guide is complete for all leagues in NHL 18. Let me know if you think I missed some moves! ECHL is not yet done as they just recently opened camps. I'll go through those rosters once the season starts this weekend.

Ogie bought the game today, so he'll begin updating goalie equipment. He's had it for 2 hours already & hasn't finished... slacker!!!

I'll be making some more CAPs soon, so check back often!

I'm going to try & post more prospect CAPs this year that EA won't do at all since they're unsigned.

Also, I've been updating the NHL 18 League Roster Guides, so feel free to update your rosters accordingly.

  2. Hey, glad to see you back. If you don't mind me asking, will you do upgrades for the top prospects like DeBrincat, D/T Raddysh, Hischier, Patrick, exc

    1. Yes, once the game comes out I'll work on doing some edits of rookies. I'd also like to do some unsigned prospect CAPs this year as well, if time allows.

  3. Curious as to when you will add any new CAP's? Love these by the way

  4. Hey Petr I was wondering if you could revise Tyler Parsons? I feel he deserves better then an AHL potential and a higher overall rating. The feeling in Calgary is that he is the Flames goaltender of the future. Heard he's been compared to Johnathan Quick as well.

  5. Man I had no idea you were still around. I loved your CAPs back when I played NHL07. Excited to see what you do this year. (I'm an Avs fan hope you get around to Cole Makar!)

    1. I'm going through the rosters now to see who is missing & will be updating my To-Do List (left menu) so check back to see who will be worked on. NHL guys first like always so he'll be done soon if he's missing!

  8. Can't believe they got rid of two Bauer pads and from last year, but we still have a hundred Koho that they insist on leaving in. Ugh.

    1. Equipment is not EA's forte sadly. Make's Ogie's job updating goalie equipment quite difficult!

  9. Hey Petr, What would you give Calle Rosen and Andreas Borgman as an Overall rating? 61 is way to low.

    1. Are you sure? They are Leaf prospects after all!!

I've not read much into them, but I'd say Rosen around 73-74, Borgman 72. I'll start doing updates soon hopefully.

    2. Ya they are on their SHL team and both of them are 61 overall. Just wanted a ballpark on what you thought. I was thinking around the same thing.

    3. I still have NHL Legends edition because I don't have a PS4. Could someone please tell me what all the ratings & info are for Andreas Borgman, I want to create him in my game. Thanks

    4. He's only a 61 overall default in the game. I'd wait for Petrs CAP.

  11. your doing good but some ppl don't have play by play and some players when you do is missing in game for ex. alexi mironov he last name isn't in play by play I know you did this in july 2017 but it's now october and still no updates I appreciate your work but some guys need updating thanks for the amazing work just keep at it as it's regular season now :)

    1. I'm on mobile also but why does it say july 5 or july 3 for caps? or is it actually the wrong dates I don't know why I'm seeing july it should say october or september

      Delete
    2. putting July keeps the CAPs from being on the front page. play by play is such a joke in 18, as it has been for a few years now, so I don't really care to go back & change them all. if there isn't one listed, there's not on in the game or I never looked. the best practice, is to say the player's name yourself when you use him in game.
